Lisa's Nails in Panama City, FL

Well, I wasn't going to post this...but after it being a full day, I'm still just appalled by this experience. I basically bought a $65 bottle of water yesterday... I had limited time yesterday before clients and wanted to treat myself to a mani/pedi, which I haven't had in a hot minute. I usually do my own manicures and pedis. Anyways, I needed to go somewhere close to the house so I drove to Lisa's Nails (best buy plaza) only to find they were closed even though their hours showed they were open and the "Open" sign was on. Nope. Not a swinging you-know-what. So, I drove to the other location, Lisa's Nails II (23rd next to Dunkin) and being they just opened, I got right back for my Mani/pedi. I was given a water. My deluxe spa pedicure lasted 15 minutes... 15 minutes!!! That included her not even paying attention to what she was doing (watching TV the entire time ) and didn't include cuticle care or straight filing. Then she had me stay in the chair for mani. She repeatedly hurt me with the nail clippers and never said anything when I commented, just kept right on. Then she filed them crooked , again watching TV and repeatedly dropping stuff on the floor and tried to use on me after dropping. Nah. Here's the kicker... As she was buffing my nails, she burps right in my face!!!! No "scuse me" or any kind of embarrassment. And it STUNK. I understand those burps kind of creep up on ya sometimes. She does it again!!! Its not even a big deal to her! Bitch, step away or excuse yourself!! I then told her "We are done here" I'm over it at this point, and disgusted. Then I proceeded to reluctantly pay my tab (NO tip, which i normally dont do) to which I told the guy who seemed to be "in charge" that I would NEVER come back. He said "OK. Thank you" So much for treating myself ‍ I had to come home and finish my manicure so I didn't scratch my afternoon clients with my cuticles and crooked ass nails. Yall, never again. I guess you could say I DO NOT RECOMMEND DO yourself a favor and go anywhere else.

Had a negative experience there, was over charged, poor quality and poor customer service.

First of all, this place is extremely overpriced.. how is gel $25 more on top of regular prices? I hate writing negative reviews like this but I just want to spread awareness... I paid $75 for a French pedi & all was well until the end (not worth $75 but whatever). The woman doing my toes cut me and I felt it of course but didn't think it was that bad... until I got to the car which is what is pictured... it's been 25 minutes and I'm still leaking blood... smh.. easy to say I will never be back.

I been here before the first time a young lady did my pedicure she was Awesome! Today I went the lady that did my nail was great doing the pedicure, I told her I wanted a regular pedicure. she charged me for a deluxe. she told me to wait 5 minutes I said for what then she said for your nails. After I told her I only wanted a pedicure. Last time going here. I hate being harassed about all your other service. when I came for one thing.

My nails turned out decent but it was a struggle to get to that point. I went through 3 nail techs just to get a decent nail job. My toes were painted very sloppy to the point where I had to ask the guy to start all over and then send me a completely different nail tech... The second nail tech cut me 3 times before we switched again to a third nail tech. At this point I was ready to walk out but they insisted I give her a try... She did a decent job however after all of that they totally overcharged me and added in services that I did not ask for. I ended up paying over $100 for mediocre nails and I won't be back unfortunately
