It's become very dirty... Quinn is very rude and doesn't even do a decent job.. they tell you one price and charge more when you go to I pay.
Dirty, and just felt off. The pedicure wasn't good, they barely massaged-the whole point of getting a pedicure in winter. Don't waste your money
I liked Quinn who did my nails. Paid a lot of attention and listened to what I wanted. Many others including who did my mom's nails were rude and do not listen.
Had an appointment for a pedi & mani. Waited 30 minutes. When one of the employees finally came over, she asked which pedi I wanted. I indicated the $50 one only because of the callous removal. I told her I didn't want all the massage, oils, wax, etc and to just work on my feet and toenails. She spent no more than 10 minutes on my feet and then did everything I asked her not to do. I reminded her I also wanted a manicure, but no polish. That took her about 10 minutes. $65 later, out the door and back home to spend an hour fixing the fingernails as they were snagging everything. Also, cutting all the sharp edges on my toenails. She did not push cuticles back or trim around the nail beds. What a total waste of $ and 2 hours of my time.
What I wanted vs. what I got Gel nail edition. I tried telling them nevermind on the ghost after 4 failed attempts but the one doing my nails didn't speak English so I had no choice. I wanted to feel good about my nails but it looks like my 5 year old did my nails. They even started laughing at my nails while right in front of me. They were Pointing at the ghost and laughing. Used clippers and files that had obviously been used by others and had skin and nail on them. They completely destroyed the shape of my nails. Embarrassing. Gross. No communication. Never going here again.
