I'm bummed about this one, but 2 huge issues. The first is just the quality. I always get gel nails, I got my nails done here 3 days ago. I have NEVER seen bubbles under my gel. Almost like air is between the gel and my nail and it is just peeling off after three days?
I also got a gift card for someone. They told me it was 65 for gel mani pedi. When we left it magically became 85 for a mani pedi. I probably should have said something but I just wanted to leave.
Safe to say I won't be coming back. Confirm prices before they even start and make sure your gel is done correctly.
Looove them. I have been coming for years. Best Spa pedicures around. Lily is on point and so are the girls. Its my go to spot. Thank you for always taking great care of me.
PS: I cant get enough of their Chrome colors
Where do I begin???? Loved this place when I first started going 3 years ago. It was never packed and you don't have to worry about a wait. I live 25 minutes from there and three time I went it was told that Lilly wasn't coming in today. If you have people who make appointments why not call them and let them know. Not to mention if you're not Latina it's very obvious how they treat you different. Since recently the people answering the phone don't speak good english and can hardly understand what you're asking for. I called on Friday to schedule an appointment for a pedicure with Lilly for 9:00 Monday morning. I get there at 9 and nobody arrives until 9:05 then I'm told that Lilly isn't doing pedicures because she's pregnant. So why when I called on Friday to make the appointment this information disclosed to me. Now it's Monday morning here I am driving 25 minutes for an appointment I don't even have. Pissed is an understatement. I gave them multiple tries to get it right because Lilly does great nails (even though she's slow) but it's not worth the gas or my nerves.
This place is overpriced and no point of making an appointment. They take walk-ins and even after making an appointment you will have to wait to be seeing.
Very friendly and courteous staff. They do a good job and do not rush things. A great place to come to be pampered and relax.
