On Thursday, April 6th, I brought my friend into Supercuts at 109 BPR, Orange, CT. My friend is special needs and she had a specific problem with her hair that was pretty bad. Nicole was her stylist. Nicole was kind, patient and efficient. She treated my friend with so much compassion. She resolved the problem and my friend ended up with a very nice cut. Also, the young lady Sarah assisted Nicole when she didn't have a customer. the two of them were very, very kind. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you Nicole and Sarah. Ella
Yesterday I stopped into Supercuts at 109 Boston post road orange and Nicky took me right away. She did an amazing job on my head, she was able to clean up a bad cut that I just had gotten on Thursday, wish I found her sooner. This young lady has the talent, I will most definitely be returning.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Went in last Saturday to get 2 inches off my hair. The stylist asked me if I wanted to keep my long layer in the front and I told her yes. She then proceeded to absolutely ruin my hair. Not only is it awkward and choppy and looks like I have a mullet, but the "layers" she cut are not even even in the front. I am embarrassed to leave my house with this haircut. Contacted on the website to ask for a refund and got total radio silence. Will never trust with my hair again.
Ladies, beware! This place is BYOR - Bring your own ruler. I went to get trim and specifically asked for a trim of about two inches. The stylist confirmed and said a trim of two inches. Im 6 weeks out from my wedding after about a year of growing my hair out, and really just wanted clean ends. I thought this was a simple ask. The stylist took off closer to 6-8 inches. For reference on the attached photo, my hair was about down to my elbows when I walked in. It happened so fast and behind my back, so I didn't realize how much she had cut until it was too late. I sent a photo to my stylist for my wedding day to ask if it was okay and she responded with "HOLYSHIT." Soooooooo not great!!!!
We usually get decent haircuts here. Not always the best, but decent depending on the day. Reliable place that lets you check on early on line.
Today, my kids came home with bad cuts. There were parts that were uneven and parts that were just not good looking. So i had to come on and change my review. I wish I was there because i wouldn't have paid for the cuts and i would have had them fix it. But we're just going to go somewhere else to take care of it.
