Horrible experience. I went in asking for dip with tip, left with thick acrylic nails that aren't even shaped correctly. First, I was not asked what shape I wanted and how long, my nails were cut "too short" to get the shape I wanted, and that they had to start over. Next, I said I wanted Funny Bunny (an extremely popular color) and they said they cannot do it, so I said a white, they then proceeded to give me a French Tip. I then corrected again saying I want the whole nail done. I was then told they had to do acrylic to get what I wanted because they could not do it with dip. I then was stabbed by my nail tech's fingernail causing me to bleed. (My blood was on the nail file as he was filing my nails) Finally, I leave with THICK acrylic nails and acrylic that isn't even going down to my nail bed. I will be going somewhere else tomorrow to have these removed and will never return.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! These people are scammers. I would give them zero stars if possible. I came in a couple weeks ago to get my nails done before I went on a trip. However, as soon as I got home, my nails starting peeling and bubbling. I had to leave for my trip, so I could not go back to the salon to get them fixed. I called the salon to let them know about the situation and they assured me that I would be able to come back any time to get a free set. They said they will not give a refund. I got a different salon to take off the color and paint on a different color while on my trip. However, after just one week the nails chipped. I just got back from my trip, and when I called them they said that they could not give me a free set. They said that I was gone too long, but when I spoke with them on the phone they said "Come back anytime, we take care of you". According to my regular nail tech, the salon used cheap materials and did not let the nails dry properly which led to the peeling and bubbling. I spent over $100 on my manicure and pedicure here (not including tip), and all that money just went down the drain. Please save your money, and go to a salon that does better service and actually keeps their word.

Very nice facilities found this place on the Yelp and was not disappointed... Friendly staff and good pricing get what you pay for... Would highly recommend

I am very dissatisfied with this service. I do not feel the quality of my hands was worth $115. It was very rushed and when I talked to the woman she was very rude. She would ignore me, suggest for me to get acrylic when I asked for dip, and was yanking my arm to "massage" it. Again I am very sickened by my experience and the amount of money I lost.

Great pedicure massage. Loved that they asked first before trimming. Attendant noticed that the color wasn't nearly as vibrant as in the sample, so she suggested something different and wiped off the three toes she'd already done to start over with something that made me very happy. Staff seemed very happy because the ?manager? was teasing them and they were all laughing and teasing back. The tools were in the little tool bags for hygiene so theoretically they'd been sterilized. They used tub liners so that you were soaking in theoretically clean water (less chance of cross contamination).
