I went to this place because it was close to where I was staying and I needed my nails done for an event I was attending that evening. This was not a good experience. The nail tech only wanted to do what she wanted to do, not what I was paying her for which was to do a mani pedi and paint them whatever color I wanted. And she had the audacity to tell me to pick another color saying "don't get that color it's ugly. Get this (pointing to red)." I told her I don't wear red and I want to use what matches what I'm wearing that evening. Every color I chose she kept telling me was ugly. I should have walked out, but I was under the gun time wise so I chose a nude color that she approved of. The nerve of her and how rude! As it turns out the polish only lasted the night...it started lifting the next morning. I'm on vacation so the only thing my hands have been exposed to is regular hand soap. I get my nails done on a regular and this has NEVER happened. They usually last 2 or 3 weeks. I want my money back, but I don't live there so I'll just chuck it up to a loss, but will never return there again.
They are kind. But this set was not worth $75. The gel top coat is all over my cuticles it's just a mess.
Had gel manicure previously Informed the tech, but I don't believe she understood. My nails came out horrible because she gelled over the old stuff. Then, when I showed must nails to the proprietor, she said she wanted to redo them to make it right. She did and they were NOT right. I finally had them redone far, far away from those area. I am new to Baltimore and have found services like these inconsistent at best. My previous first visit to those Salon was Great! No, I would not recommend and will not return.

So after moving to the area from Philly I found liberty Nails and spa. At first the service was wonderful then they stared to rush due to being over booked and understaffed. After yesterday 7-11 I spent 95.00 on my nails and toes total and the polish started to chip. I went in today 7-12 to have it fixed and was told that the owner wasn't there to come back tomorrow Afternoon. After this last experience I WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE AGAIN!!!
