The place itself is very nicely decorated. The staff are super kind. The quality of the services on the other hand is definitely not worth what you're going to spend. They charge $50-something for an Acrylic FILL IN. Which seems insane to me. I've been here twice and I paid almost the same amount both times, first time for a full set with gel and the second time was a fill with gel. Not worth the price when I can go to another salon a couple miles up the road with better reviews and get a better quality manicure.
The last two times I have visited this salon the service was terrible. The first time I thought I just got a poor nail tech but I had the same problems the second time with a different nail tech. I had a manicure and pedicure and the nail tech cut me several times. I went home with open sores that turned into scabs during my vacation before healing. The manicure itself was poor quality. I could have done better myself for free. Very disapointed and will not be returning.
I have given this place my last chance. I had an appointment and it took me forever to get started. The old lady who did my nails was pulling my hand and smacking my fingers down. They have a sign that says 7% off when you use cash which is a lie they just up charge if you want to use card, no discount at all. I also left with 3 fingers bleeding from her filing so much. I will not return and do not recommend
I was very disappointed in the lack of customer service. I had a scheduled appointment, and 50 minutes later they still did not come to get me or even tell me they were running behind. Instead they chose to ignore me. Once I finally said something they were like oh we are just really busy. I get places are busy, but don't accept appointments if you know you won't be able to get a customer in at least 15 minutes after their scheduled time. I will not be going back and won't refer them to anyone.
I went in to use my gift card . I chose to get a pedicure , they were very friendly and explained the different choices and prices to me. I chose the sugar scrub and it was a great choice ! Mae did a great job and I would recommend this nail shop 10/10 to anyone ! Thank you and I will be returning.
