Every time I come here there is some sort of issue . Last time I was told I had to stay inside the entire time if I wanted to wait on my prescription. This month I came back because it's close to my doctors office and am being told that To grab 2 boxes from the shelf is going to take an hour bc they are so busy as you can see in my attachment photo I'm here by myself. Terrible service with no regard of customer life or schedule. The lady is a b flat out
I think their staff is really professional and friendly. If you're uninsured they have a rite aid discount card, and they automatically run it so you can get the 10% off whether you present the card or not. Once I had a really expensive prescription and the pharmacist called Walmart pharmacy to see if it was cheaper there...it wasn't but for being so busy they go above and beyond. I'm sad our new insurance doesn't allow us to go there any longer.
