Just like many reviewers before have said, they don't honor appts. I had an appt for 2pm. I show up early, because that's just how I am. I sat till 2:45-asked numerous times when it would be my turn and reminded them that I had an appt. just was told "soon". I ended up leaving and driving to my old place 30 min away (we had moved and 30 min to drive seemed a bit excessive to do nails every few weeks) and they fit me in right away. If it was just this one issue, I may be able to forgive, but they really don't do that great of a job, especially with dip. The guy at the front desk is generally clueless too-I asked if he could show me the swatches that are OPI, as it's really the only brand I use, he had no idea what OPI was. Ok fine, maybe you don't know, but how hard would it have been to ask someone else who did know. Generally poor customer service and the long waits even with an appt have turned me off from here. Try and find another place, you will be better off.
made a pedicure appointment for 3 people in advance walked in and they didn't have 3 chairs together the front guys said oh well its ok and left us back there we sat there for 20 min no one came meanwhile they started on my other daughter 2 chairs down went to the front to see what was going on... people are rude and unprofessional I said i will never make an appointment again and they said it is what it is that's ok ... worst customer service ever if your looking for a relaxing time don't waste your money or time
I made an appointment with who I thought was the person who always does my nails(Lee). Wasn't sure what his name was so when I arrived and pointed to the guy who I thought was doing my nails, they informed me he had 3 people ahead of me. How if I made an appointment. My appointment however was with someone who doesn't do dipping powder(Tom). After sitting there for 20 minutes he starts to work on another customer. So I ask what happened to me? He says I don't want to do your nails bc I don't want to mess up. Talk about heated. Well that's what you should have said from the time I walked in. How professional was that?. Not professional at all. They suck. Always have to wait almost two hours even with an appointment.
Only go here if you have time to spare. Even with making an appointment the wait is terrible. They take walking for eyebrows and leave you sitting while they take the walk in !
Love the pedicures. Always need the callous removal and they do a great job. My feet end up smooth and soft which is amazing. Ask for Cherry, she's the best.
