I actually had an EXPIRED Groupon and Kathy was so nice! Not sure what happened with the lady below. Kathy kept me laughing. I felt like I was hanging out with a friend. Great mani-pedi, but different than the assembly line massage chairs. Its advised to make an appt. There aren't 20 girls sitting there waiting for you to walk in.

This review is only for Kathy, the manicurist. I was so unhappy with the way she treated me once she found out I was using a Groupon I felt like I needed to warn others not to make the same mistake. I got in touch with Kathy about 3 weeks before my Groupon was expiring to make an appointment for a mani/pedi. My first red flag was that she only wanted to book one hour for a mani/pedi. I feel like even at the super cheapo nail salons a mani/pedi takes longer than that. The second red flag was that in the 3 weeks before the Groupon expired, there was only 1 available appointment, conveniently on the day it was expiring. I took it, and then found out my babysitter couldn't make it so I tried to reschedule for a time later that day, or another day. No luck. When I said I was just going to try and get a refund from Groupon, more appointments became magically available, but at that point I was no longer interested. Oh and one other appointment 5 weeks from now. No thanks. Groupon refunded my money (thanks Groupon!) but I hate when businesses do this. Don't put a Groupon out there if you don't really feel like honoring it. I like to try out new salons and using a Groupon is a great way to do that. Not because I'm cheap (I'm not) but because if you run a business, you should treat every new client as a prospective future client, regardless of how much they paid you. Based on that, I definitely am not interested in being any kind of client - present or future.

Been coming to Natalie for years just recently had an appointment for color and cut got tons of complements on it! Very pleased. Love the atmosphere with the candles and quite.

Just had a mani pedi done here by the awesome Kathy!!! I found this deal on Groupon and thought I'd give this place a try. What a great experience! Kathy is funny, engaging and a pro at what she does and this is first mani pedi I've had where the manicurist talks to you...in English...and not all the other coworkers and your wondering if they are all talking crap about you!! You girls know what I mean...not trying to be mean but it's the truth. Anyway, Kathy is awesome, I got a great mani pedi and I am a happy customer who will be going back to see her! This review is for the new stylist, Victoria. I had started going to her while she was working at Super Cuts as it was a short distance from my work. Ever since I was in middle school (10+ years ago) I had "no hair" by choice; I either buzzed it down or used a razor blade to remove it completely. That all changed a year or so ago when I decided to grow it out, but didn't know what to do with it. Victoria was able to give me a look and style I never thought I could have, and even gave me an "edge" with a hard part and a slicked back look. Fast forward a year and Victoria has moved to a legit salon and her talent has exploded! Dare I mention she's even Brazilian Blowout certified?! Anyway, by this time I've grown a sizable, and rather scraggly, beard and had grown tired of my "old" cut. Again, Victoria busted out an amazing cut with a full on "Brad Pitt in Fury" haircut! She was able to taper my beard down and now people are begging me for facial hair grooming tips! Whether your a man looking for an awesome 'do or a woman looking to get your hair sexy-fied, Victoria is the lady to go to!
