Legends Nails & Spa in Sparks, NV

I asked for 2 pedicures and they told us to come back in 30 minutes. when we come back after 20 minutes, they tell us to sit down in chairs that hadn't been cleaned since previous pedicure. Af ye r another 30 minutes of waiting we finally left. No one of the staff told us anything about how long we would have to wait

The salon itself is clean and appealing. My experience was not the best. My nail technician was Ruby. The problem with nail technicians over booking is that they tend to rush the service which leads to a poor outcome. Upon filing my nails, she was going very fast and got the edges of my skin. For people that are sensitive with skin and bleed easy, it was painful. Sad to say at the end of my service, underneath my nails look very poor. There is acrylic left on the edges in the sides and pieces of my nails that were unpainted.

I went in today for a manicure and pedicure. Really liked how my nails turned out and absolutely LOVE the color. The vibe is great, I always feel relaxed. Only reason I'm giving 4 and not 5 stares is because I like getting a good deep tissue leg message with my pedicure but I only got lotion hot towel and a bit time of hot rocks with my Felix pedicure, other than that I really like this place. They have peaceful music and it's usually nice and quiet.

This was the worst pedicure experience I've ever had.
I had Mimi. She was basically abusive. I have ticklish feet which I'm sure a lot of other people do as well so I twitch a little during some aspects of the service. Each time I did that she violently shoved my leg back where she wanted it. She got mad very often during this service. She tried to move my legs around and expected I knew what she was trying to do without any verbal direction and got mad when I didn't do exactly what she wanted. It came time for the hot stone massage and she took the rocks straight from the heater and full force touched my legs with them. They BURNED me they were so hot it was like a curling iron touching my skin so I jumped and jerked my legs back. This caused her to fumble the rocks and she rolled her eyes and sighed at me extremely angry with the look "really?!" On her face. It was so uncomfortable for me I wanted to cry. This I can confidently say was the worst experience and is the worst place to go for your nails! Do not give Mimi business she's even the shop owner and she's so mean and violent toward you!!!
