Sarah is simply the best esthetitian! I started going to Legacy to get my hair cut and colored by Emily. Emily is great! Then they hired Sarah, a licensed esthetitian, who started with giving me my very first Brazilian wax. I'm a plus-sized woman and was so nervous, but she answered all of my questions and explained every part of the procedure in great detail before scheduling the appointment. I have been going back every 6-8 weeks since, for the past 2.5 years. She makes the experience comfortable, even providing product and services for sale for aftercare to prolong the time between waxes. She also gives me advanced facials. She has been working on controlling my acne and pigmentation due to my PCOS. She even recommends very high-quality, relatively inexpensive products and my skin has never looked better! Sarah has also just gotten her nail tech license and her designs are amazing!!! They also do pedi's there, have spray tan services, brow laminations, and can do lash lifts and lash extensions. Jeremy, one of the owners, is about as chill as they come! I don't know Gabby that well, but she has always been sweet when I go in. Prices are incredibly reasonable and they are awesome about educating others on what to look for when a service is done correctly. They always try to boost other local small businesses, too.
Sarah is amazing! She made my first waxing experience so comfortable even though I was a bit nervous. She created a relaxed yet professional environment. Sarah even showed me some breathing techniques to keep the Brazilian wax relatively pain free. I'm really amazed at how easy it was! I'm beyond satisfied with my results. I highly recommend looking into all of her skin care and beauty services.
I miss this establishment. So much. Jeremy could do anything to my hair and always make it look current and sharp. He takes his time, which I appreciate. Such a diamond in Burlington.
