I have been using this nail salon for years. I always have Ricky do my pedicure, he does an amazing job and is always personable and engaging. I like the atmosphere and the selection of colors, and can honestly say I have never had a bad experience or a bad pedicure!
Absolutely HORRIBLE!!!! I got an ombré & my friend got just white with no design, we were both charged $75 Not one, but two of her nails broke after two days My nails have been done for 9 days and two are lifting, three are catching my hair, and one is snagging everything on the bottom side I would have been fine with paying the $75 for the nails I got if they were good quality, but THEY ARE NOT!!!! My friend was ridiculously over charged from the beginning!! We will NEVER ho back!! I would have gave ZERO stars if I could!!!!
Lady kept trying to upsell us after we continued to tell her we didn't want to. I was with my daughter and her lady had a short and snappy attitude and did a poor job. Their kids were running around and not a place to relax. I have been multiple times in the past and all of the men have been great. I will not be back.
Came in for a pedicure and it was the most rushed, unprofessional pedicure I've ever had. She slabbed on gel and was super uneven and clumpy. I basically got a polish change and no pedicure what so ever. No massage, no effort.
