I asked for red French, got orange. I hate orange. I was treated like my perception of the color was irrelevant. I asked for acrylic, the tech said gel or dip is better. I said I had thin skin and sensitive cuticles: I'm bleeding from three fingers because of rough filing and aggressive nipping and "buffing". Plus, it's expensive for what it is, no massage, no calm environment. This is no nail spa.
just a recap a day later and they are only getting much worse every mail is starting to peel from the back end. and this is only day five. so much for my nails looking good for my daughters birthday party.
Soon as i walked in they attended me. They're super friendly and everyone that walked in didn't wait less than 10min. Service is great, hygiene is great.
Immediately upon walking in, the man running the counter -- Tommy -- took it upon himself to reach out and rub my arm while making a comment on my appearance. when given the information that i wouldn't be getting anything done, just my friend, he wrapped his arm around me, pulled me close and said 'i'll take her then.' i did my best to just ignore him but even after my friend and i were sat for her nails to get started, he came up and rested himself against the back of my chair with his arm on my shoulder and made comments on my age and how i would be better suited for him than another lady just minding her business, getting her nails done. he proceeded to critic her age, calling her a liar and prompting her to 'tell the truth' when she corrected him on it. i definitely would not recommend this place, nor will i be returning.
Really good experience, the staff was really friendly and personable. They had a good selections of colors for my pedicure, I did not find one that I particularly loved, just one that was comparable, but overall I was satisfied with the finished product, plus they were quick. I was in and out of the shop in roughly 30 minutes to maybe 45 minutes with me just looking around. I would definitely recommend and return myself.
