Horrible! Asked the gal, can you do a cut like this before ever getting in the chair. She said yes. NO HONEY YOU CAN'T! Doesn't even resemble what I showed her and she just kept cutting shorter and shorter. I said ok I'm done. You don't want me to blend it she says I said nope I'm done you just keep cutting shorter and shorter and that's not what I asked for

I took my daughter here and they were digging in her hair so I went to the hairdresser and asked her what she was looking for. She replied they have had a large outbreak of head lice with their younger clients and they were getting a lot of complaints. She said they were cutting peoples hair with head lice and the corporate office told them not cut children with head lice. I asked her what head lice looked like and she replied she did not know but they were told if someone had white specs in the hair to ask them to leave. How does a professional hair dresser not know what lice looks like. Really??
