Lee Nails & Spa in Northwood, OH

I stopped into get a pedicure and full set with Gel nothing special. Was up charged $134.00 without tip. When nail tech was writing bill out the owner decided to charge what she wanted. I got one basic color. They didn't let nail dry long enough rush me out the door couldn't get nails how I wanted shaped. Will not be back again.

I was just there today 12/18 and the girls did a great job on my feet... They were a mess and now they feel so much better. Thank you, Bill Caldwell 419-345-5051

I enjoy pedicures but I have been to this place twice now and they don't massage the calf or foot well at all. Part of the experience is relaxing in the warm water and getting that good massage. They barely even scrub the foot. The water in the basin was more on the cool side, i said soMething twice and it was not changed. They will only use gel polish . When they did my feet, i know he used a regular polish base coat, a regular color, and the only thing gel was the top coat. This place charges 58.00 for a pedicure. I have been to many places but this is by far the most expensive. I know gel is more expensive but they are cheating by not using all gel for the process. The only thing good about the experience is the staff is very nice, including the gentleman that did my feet. I appreciated that but for what i'm paying ... do better

The lady that did my nails did not do good at all and didn't listen to what i wanted done. She didn't let my nails sit under the light long enough so the day of the appointment the gel was already peeling off the acrylic nail. I asked her to make the nails more narrow and she said she would do it when I came back to get a balance, little does she know, I will not be returning. Also, I told her to put glitter on my pointer finger and my pinky finger, she put it on my pinky and my thumb, completely ignoring what I asked her to do. Then I pointed out that there was a hair on my nail, she acknowledged the hair, then put the gel right over it so now i have uneven, crooked, peeling nails with a hair on one of the nails and glitter on the wrong nails.

I had the worst experience ever!!! Actually argued with the lady that did my nails!!! She was insistent that I went with what color she wanted on my nails and didn't want to let me choose from all the colors because she wanted to up sale me!!! I wouldn't mind paying more but I refuse to pay more for something I don't want!! They're my nails and I should be able to choose whatever color I want seeing how I am the one that has to look at them daily!!! Never ever will I go back there!! My Great Niece had a bad experience as well when she went!!! I definitely don't recommend Lee Nails to anyone!!!!
