I purchased a $75 gift card for my mom for Mother's Day from this company. I live out of state so I had to look up salons in the northwest Ohio area. Her experience began with the stylist dying her hair the wrong color. My mom said it was very red and they had to redo the color because it was not what she asked for. My mom said the stylist was "trying" to take care of multiple clients while she was there -which most likely attributed to the hair color error. To make the experience worse they allowed my mom to walk out of the salon with dye all over her face (see pics below). She asked if it could be cleaned off they told her she could "take care of that at home". My dad called me and said my mom came home in tears because of how rude they were to her. I called to talk to the manager and they told me she was out for the day... I suggest the managers take a look at how their employees act while they are off site. Thanks CC Bella Salon for ruining that Mother's Day gift.
