Le Studio in Salt Lake City, UT

I found this place when my longtime stylist moved.  I was looking for charm over glitz.  I don't need blaring music and hair couture.  This place was perfect.  And I lucked out finding Katie Trimble on my first appointment.  She does a really great job (even my mom likes my cut, and she mom-picky!).

I can't believe I've never written a review on this place!!! I have been coming here for YEARS! Katie Trimble is the only person that I trust to even touch my hair. I'm not kidding, I trust no one else.
 I started coming here about ten years ago after many disastrous experiences at other hair salons. I first came for her to put in hair extensions, they looked phenomenal! I later didn't need the hair extensions because my hair finally started to grow again. Finally, a hair stylist that doesn't chop off all of my hair!! I have never even thought of looking elsewhere. I'm 100% sold on Katie and I highly recommend everyone book an appointment with her. She's well priced, easy to set appointments with, and is always nice to chat with.

Katie has done everything for me from bleaching my hair to bead in hair extensions, From successfully covering my grey hair to the Brazilian blow out! I can't speak for the other stylists here but I'm sure they're fine... You should give Katie a shot just to be safe though ;)  Especially if you want your hair to grow!!

This place is top notch, the prices are so good for the quality of work that they do, I would recommend Bethany. She is amazing and will do whatever you want and nail it perfectly!

How does this place not have reviews, yet?

I received some of the best customer service I have ever received in any industry at Le Studio.  Here is what happened:

I came in for the first time, looking for a new stylist.  I have curly hair, so I requested someone who had lots of experience with curly hair.  Well, long story short, I ended up leaving with a haircut I wasn't thrilled with (not terrible, just not me and not at all what I had said I wanted), but I didn't express this at the time.  The stylist I went to apparently spoke with the owner about the cut I received, and without even seeing my hair, the owner thought it was possible I might not like it.  She had the stylist call me to ask me how I was liking my haircut.  This time I was honest, that it was just OK.  As a result, the owner offered to fix it/do a demonstration for the other stylist for free!  Somewhat skeptical, I went in.  I was getting married a few weeks later, so I didn't want them to have to cut too much more of my hair off to fix it.  I told her this, and she was able to work around that constraint to improve my hair significantly... for free!

Since then I have gone back another time, after wedding, to get a full on hair cut from Pamla, the owner, and I have to say it may be the best cut of my life.  It's even better than what I wanted.  Long story short, while it definitely matters who you go to in this salon (just like ANY salon), you will always get amazing customer service.  On top that, their prices are really amazing.  Even now that I'm going to the most expensive stylist there, it is completely reasonable.  And on top of THAT, Pamla informed me that she does bang touch-ups for free in between hair cuts!  How crazy is that?  I don't find this necessary at all, as the service she's providing is already over the top great as it is, but it does warrant mentioning in a review.

Anyway, without a doubt I have found my new stylist - and yelp reviewers should know it :)

Katie Timble did my color last week and it looks amazing! She was so friendly and great the entire time. The whole salon just has a great vibe. All the stylists are very welcoming and professional. I would highly recommend going to anyone who asks about it. I would recommend not only Katie but all of the stylists. While my color was processing I had the opportunity to see some of the other stylists work as well, and they were all amazing!
