I have been a client for less than a year and have spent over four (documented) grand on Vanessa. Cash tips were excessive (over 100 a few separate times) I had my hair
Done right before I moved from out of state, only to learn that in Utah stylists "refuse to work with hair that isn't their salons/their own" so I had no choice but to get new hair here, so after having new hair for less than a month (machine tied just like she does) she had me buy new hair instead of moving mine up: I have a disease and lose hair so not having hair wasn't an option I was comfortable with and I feel exploited
For that. -my new install was 1200! She assured me I wouldn't have to buy new hair for more than a year!! She FIRED me as a client (I have it documented that it was 14minutes into an appointment we had scheduled, that she wouldn't see me ever again) I have never missed&, I offered to pay a late fee, a cancellation fee etc. bc I was leaving The hospital. (first time any of this happened)all documented. I feel discriminated against, I knew she was judging me by the way I looked I always felt that way, now I am paying twice as much to start over, with damaged hair. She wouldn't even take it out or color correct which I reached out saying how messed up
Her mismatched color was (she messed my color up three different times and I didn't fire her!--mostly because I was stuck in this extension contract with her!!!!!!) but I let it go and was waiting til our next appointment to let her messing up my coloring slide! Literally I had orange hair And I asked for Silver undertones baby pink Hair! It was horrifying! I never complained
I just washed my hair Four times with purples shampoo and let it go AFTER tipping well again!!! we even made jokes about how that was not what I wanted I was embarrassed to go out and she ruined my expensive extensions and then had the audacity to fire me as a client with a legitimate reason who also offered to compensate for her time. I know that she's unprofessional bc I hear how
They talk about clients as they leave the salon and how the Conversation changes when I'd arrive. Catty; conniving. They're all always talking about someone else it's gross like Highschool. Unprovoked unprofessional and not nearly worth the price she asks. Now I'm paying someone else to remove this hair and fix her color mistakes and it was just total petty scam bc I've even reached out and asked her If she Could remove them  or color correct these flaws I took pics of and she left me on read. Guess she made enough money from me and is in to ruin the next clients hair. now All this

To last so much longer and is in perfect condition has to go to
Waste. I'm disgusted.

I've been going to this salon for many years. I started going there when my hair was falling out during menopause. I wore extensions for years. Never did they hurt my own hair.

Now I am having Tylie (she's the best) work on my natural hair and dye it silver. O-M-G. This woman is a wiz with color along with extensions. I can't believe she got my hair to this color. So beautiful.

Highest rating - I love Shauna, the owner, too. They make you feel like family. Also the cost is very reasonable. Thank you so much you guys. You really mean a lot to me during my hair journey. xxx

Karlie Sue Lopez is the best at hair coloring, hair extensions, haircuts and hairstyling. I have been going to her for my hair needs for a few years now. I always leave the salon feeling and looking fabulous! The hair products Karlie Sue uses smells good, are so great and high quality. I highly recommend going to her for your hair needs if you haven't tried her yet! She has always worked with me to help me achieve my hair goals, gives honest helpful opinions, flexible with scheduling, great prices, fun conversations, a happy and bubbly personality!

The salon is well taken care of and super cute! My hair stylist I always see is Karlie Lopez highly recommended. My color and cut always turns out so perfect! She also does extensions hair, feathers, tinsel. Overall a good experience every time I come in for my appointment!!!

I'm a new client to this salon & Courtney Buker; very pleased with my cut which is a bit asymmetric and the color. If you're looking for a change or need to change, I do recommend Courtney & the salon.
