If you are Asian and you want a good no-frills haircut at a decent price. Les Beauty Salon is a go-to. I came in half an hour before closing and they were super accommodating. $15 for a woman's haircut. No shampoo, just the old school style of cutting hair. Doesn't take too long to cut hair, either. They don't take credit, it's cash only. Depending if they're not super busy, they'll take walk-ins.

When you're an Asian guy, good haircuts are hard to come by. Asian hair is thick and has a very different texture and many of the corporate outfits don't know how to work with it. Whenever I end up living somewhere new, I try to seek out a trustworthy place that knows how to deal with my hair. This place definitely fits the bill! I've had haircuts done by family members, by homies in their bathroom sinks (hello college), at any of the corporate megachains, and even at those fancy barbershops that come with a hot towel treatment, cold drink, and massage afterwards. My haircuts here are a no-frills, thorough and clean experience. They are quick without sacrificing quality or attention to detail. This is my go-to place while I'm in Tampa Bay. They do walk-ins but yo can always call ahead. Cash only!

Salon is very hot and very old. Everything is very old. Every the equipment they use. We can make an appointment and they still will have us waiting at least an hour. Their cuts aren't even good LOL! never coming again.

Pros: Cheap and fast haircut. Cons: Cash only. Not the cleanest cut I've gotten. Bottom Line: If you are like me and need someone Asian to cut your Asian hair in the Pinellas Park area who can speak decent English come to Le's! As an Asian American I'm always on the lookout for a decent cheap haircut from another Asian since we have such unique hair (a.k.a I've had many a haircut that have turned disastrous due to inexperience with Asian hair). At $10 for a men's haircut I had to come try Le's when the jungle rolled out of my scalp. Le can speak decent English and she's professional and kind. As other reviewers have mentioned she's pretty attentive, but I've found uneven places in my cut where I've had to mention it to her before she's made any changes. Overall I'd say the haircut was not bad and that it did the job I wanted; however, make sure you double check your hair before you leave the chair! Finally limited styling products available at the end of the haircut. I always request a little pomade or wax so that I can leave feeling fresh, but she only had gel at hand. It did leave my hair feeling crunchy but I definitely think they need to expand the available products.
