Happened in this salon for just a bit of a trim about 2 years ago and have been going ever since. I get my hair cut and also a pedicure. The haircut is always good but the pedicure is fab! Due to health issues I had to go to a podiatrist to have my toenails cut but the pedicure here is soooo much more than just nail trimming and I haven't been to the podiatrist since I found this salon! She takes so much time and does such a good job it makes me feel so pampered. Nice, friendly stylists too. Really like it here.
Your "professional" hair dresser left bleach in my friends hair for way too long with high volume and damaged her hair. It's now dry and brittle. She asked for a bleach and color. Now she showed a picture of a pretty rose gold tinted hair color, and in return got HOT PINK and ORANGE. This is ridiculous, and this is what she spend $60 for. Not to mention whomever initially answered the phone when she called to schedule the original appointment was incredibly rude, and as no customer service skills. Not myself, or anyone I know will step foot in this salon ever again.
My first time bleaching my hair at age like 15, I did better than the "stylist" that fucked that poor girl's hair. I've done better drunk and I never went to school. I'd say sorry to see your business go, but I'm not.
This salon completely ruined a client's hair, all while being rude AND still charged her for it! They have no idea what they're doing! It's like they never went to beauty school. Do NOT go here
A friend of mine went here....... they DESTROYED her hair. Fried it completely and did not give the color she wanted. Not to mention the worker was rude and the place was dirty!
