Lash & Beauty Lounge in Sayreville, NJ

I must say, this is probably the first review I've written, but I am really upset that I have to find a new place to go for my eyebrows! I love my provider, however, their cancellation policy is unreasonable. I've been coming here for about 6 months and have been extremely pleased. I had to move yesterday's appt to today due to a true family emergency. I did reschedule my appt for today & came/had my service rendered. I was charged $30 for the late cancellation/rescheduling policy (same day reschedule or cancellation). I can see if I cancelled and did not reschedule, however, I moved my appt prior to my appt time & within 24 hours of my original appt. This is their policy, it is what it is, but something ownership should really reevaluate.

I decided to look online for a lash tech for my lashes. In result in finding one the location had great reviews. Moving forward, the place was very clean and the staff pleasant. My lash tech was very nice however, she took a few pause breaks in between my session. At the end of my session my lashes didn't come out the way I expected. I didn't complain. Following into the next morning half my lashes shredded off, as if I didn't have my lashes done the day before. I contacted the shop via text to alert that I wanted the remaining lashes removed. I was told that at no charge I can have the lashes replaced and or if I would like to have them removed they would be happy to help. Here we are Labor Day weekend I have no lashes at all! Out of all the years of getting lash extensions I never experienced a disappointment of poor service. Lash extensions last between 3-4 weeks tops, not 5 days!

It was my very first time getting my lashes done and Jade was amazing! She worked so hard to make sure my experiment was perfect! Everyone was extremely sweet and polite. Please check this place out! Couldn't ask for better service!

I got a facial yesterday with Gab and it was amazing! She did a great job, I was so relaxed and comfortable... she is very thorough and I would definitely recommend getting a facial with her! 10/10 :)

I haven't done my eyebrows since June 22nd, 2020, the place I went to did a great job, but the person I went to moved back to her country and I don't trust just anyone with my eyebrows. After doing a lot of research on different places that focus on eyesbrows and that are not too far from my house I came across Lash & Beauty Lounge. Karley did such a phenomenal job with my eyebrows I will definitely be back.
