I went to this salon after seeing them on instagram super excited to get my nails done and walked out with a DISASTER on my nails. What's advertised online is not what's promised. When I SPOKE OUT about the TERRIBLE service I received I got BLOCKED with NO APOLOGY!!! This is beyond unacceptable and unprofessional. This is the response you get for speaking out? I hope this establishment sees changes in management and customer service skills because it's desperately needed. I would have been more than happy with an apology, but I have yet to receive one. loved the salon, clean and bright. love my nail tech Judy. she absolutely nailed it with my nails. they are perfect for someone that only had tips 30 years ago.

HORRIBLE. 1. Used the N-WORD twice in an hour 2. Spanish speaking the entire time 3. Mediocre pedicure for $85 (cuticles bleeding) 4. Unprofessional Let's start with number 1. I believe the women who work here are Dominican. That said even if they were black the use of the N-word was so unprofessional and made me very uncomfortable. When referencing a rapper, one of the ladies stated "he's a b***h a** n-word." She later proceeded to state that another rapper was "a ugly a** n-word." Both subjects were black men and it made me (a black woman) extremely uncomfortable. 2. Speaking Spanish is not the issue, but yelling conversation and gossip in both Spanish and English is just annoying and again unprofessional. 3. While my pedicurist Anna was nice, she's not properly trained. I got a jelly pedicure & French chrome for $85. My feet were not scrubbed for dead skin, no wash just my feet sitting in jelly, no massage, no callus/dead skin removal, and worse of all my feet are dry. The end was nice looking on the paint job. Everything else 3/10. 4. All in all unprofessional. The place looks nice and so does their Instagram page...but all that glitters is not gold!

Book with Liz!!! She's my girl and she's fantastic!!! The price isn't cheap but what you get in return is worth every penny.

I don't like to write negative reviews but I feel like I have to. The receptionist is not only rude and unprofessional but also she's not truthful. I had a medical procedure done and called to reschedule my appointment the day before. Someone from the salon calls me the next day to say I did a no show. I explained that I did in fact call a day before to reschedule. She was rude and twisted the truth. She said that I called to confirm and not reschedule.. that is NOT the truth. She then proceeds to charge my credit card $58 for a no show. This salon is all about scheming money and extremely unethical. They charge $90 for just an acrylic fill that lifts a week later. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this salon.
