The girls are the best I really admire their hard work and dedication to their business. They are very friendly and have the best communication with me and all of their clients. This is a family owned business which I really admire. They do a lot of the Hispanic community and all races as well. They do not discriminate against any race. The owner is very nice I have spoke with her a couple of times and she is the best. I haven't personally met her in person but by talking of their phone and being able to accommodate me when other salons are too busy for my birthday last month. I have been to many salons in Fresno ca trust me she will make time for you and work on your schedule. Her work is amazing and she has her own company of stones. Check her work out on instagram or call her at her business office.

It's crazy to me that anyone has rated this salon any less than 5 stars!! I've had such a great experience with both the owner Karina & multiple of her sisters who have done my nails. This is nothing like the regular nail salons that you go to, these nail technicians really care about the quality of your nails! My nails always turn out beautiful and all the ladies who work here are super nice. My nails last over a month without cracking, lifting, or breaking. The shape of the nail is perfect as well so you can tell they've gone through extensive training. I always love my nails and I'm never disappointed. Not only that, they are EXTREMELY reasonably priced! You don't have to worry about paying a crazy amount of money for your nails. These ladies are super sweet, talented and quick. You won't have to be there for hours on hours like you will in other salons. I definitely recommend this salon to all my friends and family members and anyone who wants a beautiful set of nails

Booked a appointment with Karina and she is known to be "bling obsessed". I got a full bling set for a cheap price of 160. I asked her multiple times if she used real Swarovskis and she said yes every time. 2 weeks go by and the bling on my nails are coming off. I knew they weren't real swarovskis because I am very familiar with the way real Swarovski twinkle in the light. The way they would break off leaving a mirror from the bottom of the gem left on my nail and the top part falls off. This is not how real Swarovskis break or fall apart. I'm not going to say all her bling wasn't real Swarovskis but I realized she mixes the fake ones with the real ones! The ones she grabs on the flat paper are real and the ones that come out the plastic box are fake. I wouldn't have came on here and left a review is she never lied to me about them all being real Swarovski when there not. But it all makes sense because she only charges 160 for a full bling set. If they were real Swarovskis the set I got would of been at least 300 dollars. False advertisement!

Poor communication and professionalism!! Beware!! I don't even know where to begin honestly. The only reason I gave 1 star (gave 2 on google) is because their work is amazing, so I'll give them that. However, the professionalism, common courtesy and communication unfortunately is not. Even though I made a deposit from the start, I always made my appointments at least a month in advance, followed every rule she had etc, somehow my appointment times were always changed either the day before or the day of without any notice. I didn't make it a big deal until my very last appointment which was about a week ago. I made an appointment for my nails to be done for a special trip I had coming up and my time was changed the day of a total of 3 times. It was such a run around as far as times went that unfortunately due to child care I couldn't make it. Then all of a sudden she says she's not working for the next two weeks so to me, that meant that I was pretty much screwed out of getting them done since I was going on a trip.. Mind you, the responses from her were hours and hours apart so how can anyone even make arrangements when the person performing the service can't even respond in a timely manner? -Especially, when it's you that's inconveniencing your client! I tried asking if another nail tech (her sisters) would be able to take me and even then, I got no response from anyone until two or three days later so obviously this is a trend with them. Not to mention having to see her posting pics of her work as if she was still taking clients that entire week! So why was I disposed of like that? I've gone through this way too many times with these types of nail techs and it's very disappointing to know that common courtesy and communication is not something that matters to them. And because I literally do scheduling and also am a hairstylist at one of the best salons in Fresno, i know that a confirmation for an appointment is super simple and important in order to plan your day, so why is it so difficult for them? I do have to say though, that the person I went to is great at what she does, there is no doubt about it. I truly valued sitting in her chair, the problem was that she didn't value me as a client. Unfortunately I won't be back. I only hope they don't continue treating others this way, it's bad business and just blatantly disrespectful. Makes them look money hungry instead of valuing the clients that enjoyed their work and could have potentially referred more clients to them. Enter at your own risk and good luck getting a response! :)

Don't waste your money! Let's start from the beginning. I booked my appointment a month in advance with Karina. She confirmed an 11:30am appointment and informed me of a $20 deposit. I agreed. However, we had an issue with delivery on the deposit. She only had zelle app for money transfer. I made an honest effort to give her her money. However, zelle did not offer money transfer from my particular bank. She said I trust you and kept the appointment. I went into the shop to confirm the appointment and pay the deposit. She wasn't there. Her sister gave me her direct phone #. I called, only to find out that she no longer works mornings. She had no intention of informing me that she had changed her schedule and wouldn't be at our appointment. Strike 1. So, I ended up going in as a walk in and had to wait to be seen. 9 days after my getting my set, which was pretty, my thumb nail snapped. I chalked it up to my error. I went in to get it fixed they charged me $15+tip. The very same day 2 more nails snapped doing regular things like typing and putting on jeans. Now I am starting to think that the first one wasn't my fault. This feels to me like something may be wrong with the product. I very politely reached out to her and requested to get my nails fixed but hoped that I wouldn't be charged anymore. After spending over $100 on my nails and them only lasting 9 days hardly seemed fair. I also tried to convey to her that it takes a lot just to get to her. I have to travel 25 minutes to and from there and I need to arrange child care for the length of time, not only for my commute but to be waiting as a walk in. Needless to say, it meant a lot to me that I have a good experience in her care. She failed to see that. She responded with: "First of all, having to leave your children under care isn't my problem nor you having to drive. Also; you never gave me a deposit which is strictly to secure your appointment. I will fix your nails but can only do solid black. Won't be able to add the flowers. or any other design" Here's my problem: $100 is a lot of money for a set that didn't last long. Most of us women go get our nails done knowing they should last 4-5 weeks before they start lifting or breaking. On top of that, she had no respect for my time. I could have gone to a nail salon closer but I VALUED her work and time. So I chose to go there. But when she changed her schedule without notifying me, it told me that she didn't care what it took to get to her or what it meant for me to be there. Not only did these nails cost money but 6 hours of my time to travel and wait. 6 Hours of a babysitters time to be there. So, I sit her typing this out awkwardly with 2 broken nails. I will be going somewhere else. My time is precious. This pandemic has definitely taught us all that. Save your money and go somewhere else. Side note, I have 2 other friends that complain of the nails snapping quickly and issues with Karina cancelling without notice.
