I love the warm greeting and the technicians are soo sweet. Had Mimi and another girl working on me. First time going to a salon where they offered drinks and making you feel comfortable. Amazing service, I would love to come back. Other then that 7/10 for my mani and pedi
Julie was awful. Rude and aggressive finished my gel x in 25 minutes did a sloppy job just to send me out of there. You could see the air bubbles in my nails because she didn't even bother pressing the nail to my nail to secure them. I would go again only to try with someone else.
Really nice place. Clean and good vibes. I worked with Alyssa. I'm very picky and can be annoying with picking my color (I'm very indecisive) and she was very patient with me. I got a hard gel fill and the blueberry donut trend. She did a great job and helped to flatten out my extra curved nails which are my natural nails.

Loved this place when they first opened especially since I saw how careful they were with sanitation. The last year has been hit or miss depends on who you go with. I went on Sat. 3/9/24 for a pedi, today my big toe finally stopped throbbing from her cutting too deep on both my big toes. The pedi started off wrong immediately, she started by using a very dirty nail bit and I asked if she could use a clean one as I was weary of getting fungus(mind you I had already filed my toes as I do them in the winter myself but wanted to treat myself with the warmer weather) she got frustrated when I asked her again to use a clean one after she ignored me and tried to start drilling my nails. She then picked up a filer and started filing my nails rough and rounding them out. I asked for them to stay square so she filed them more to the skin which left me burns. (In this timeframe she's taking to another tech next to her obviously complaining) Also the tools were not in a clear sanitation bag that I noticed the other lady next to her had by her tools which made me super nervous, when she used the cuticle cutters, she was very rough and rushing which led to her cutting me in multiple areas. I asked for a milky pink color and it was done very blotchy. Thankful I don't have a fungus as I immediately and continued to clean the areas all week. Very disappointing
