nails are cute and all but the wait time after i had made an appointment was ridiculous. my friend got taken in 20 minutes of being there but im still waiting. short staffed or not they worked on walk ins before appointment made customer. absolutely disappointed. an hour later past appointment time and still haven't been taken in. will pick another salon to go to.
Made an appointment and it came on time. They did not honor the appointment and had to wait. They called me back and let me wait more. Ended up walking out after waiting 45 minutes. Unacceptable.
Very nice place! Well prepared to follow COVID-19 safety. Temperature checked before getting service. Tables are spread out 6ft apart, there are physical barriers between manicure and pedicure chairs between customers and staffs making sure everyone feels comfortable. Chairs and tables are cleaned after each services. Great service! Huge color selection for gel colors and. Highly recommended!
I had an appointment for mani and pedi and arrived on time. I was put in the chair and soaked 20 minutes before anyone came to see me. I did not do any polish. The service seemed rushed, and after the pedi I was escorted to the cash register. I asked about the mani I had scheduled and she reseated me. Once again the service was rushed. In general, the trim was adequate as I requested on feet and hands but the cuticles were barely addressed and file and finish was rough. I'm glad I did not do polish. I will not return. I have had lots of nail care, this was on par with a beginning student.
Ok my experience was terrible. Friendlier than Miracle nail but they don't know what they are doing. The guy was very pleasant but I hated my nails before I left. I was convinced to do the ANC instead of the gel. He said it last longer. Now, I am going to have ugly long lasting nails I guess. He said a full-set and gel polish is $45.00 and the ANC is $30.00. Knowing what I know now I'll gladly pay the $45.00. I have really small nail bed yet the whole nail wasn't covered, how is that possible?! When I asked him why the nail wasn't covered he said not to worry he'll fix it. I said cool. Towards the end I asked again and he said I was making him nervous... huh?
