I giving this business a low rating for several reasons: The customer service and attentiveness as a new customer and as a POC was subpar. No conversation, acknowledgment other than telling me where to sit and collecting my money. The pedicure I received, was disappointing. My feet are still dry, they did not remove dead-skin with a foot scraper or any updated nail salon files. They also used hand soap to scrub my feet. However, they charge you 2.5 % if you don't pay using cash-app or Venmo.

My first time coming here and I am absolutely pleased. I was unsure of what I wanted and what color she was very patient and kind. She did a couple things that I wanted to see "how it looks" wasn't rude or impatient when I changed my mind. She is the best and I'm coming back and bringing my daughters too. Thank you Kathy
Very disappointed today ... came in asked for a new set .. my mail tech kept insisting how my nails were still good and I did not needed . I need it to remove all the fake nail cause my Nails were long enough . From the get go I ask not to file my nails too much . I asked him what shape he recommended. My third time there walked out very disappointed he file my nails all wrong they look crazy and inconsistent. Not bother by the length he kept saying the length no I am upset about the shape and how terrible they look.!!! I am going to end up cutting them and going back to fake . I waited a long time for my nails to grow so they can just get ruined. I just feel he did not wanted to do a new set and work on natural nails . I though I had found a good place . I will
not be coming back .
