If you have a big dog I would not recommend at all. The lady here told me she would be able to take my dog, I made sure and called before I went to her, she told me that I would might need to help her. ( mind you, before the appointment I asked for a grooming trim and shedding. And told her that my dog is only 9 months old and has been to a groomer before so he knows his way around the ropes) The whole time I was there the lady was complaining the whole time that he's too big and saying he was being a hassle, which I saw the whole thing and he wasn't even doing that bad, he was literally just being a dog in a bathtub. This was in the morning and she seemed very worn out just by giving my dog a bath. After that she dryed him off and brushed him and and she still made it seem like it was a hassle to deal with him. I started to get irritated at this point so I just start holding him and making it hopefully be for her. And I guess she just wanted to be done even though his paws, his tale and private parts weren't even trimmed and she just thought of this being a "bath appointment" which I never heard of. She did start trimming his feet and peepee area, after I asked. it's very blotchy and she was complaining the whole time while doing it. It's just if you can't do big dogs let people know instead of taking there money!!!
Incredible groomer! Reasonable prices and Kathy is so sweet. My dog was horribly matted and she was very understanding and helpful! Absolutely recommend.
Kathy's expertise in grooming is wonderful. She has an excellent repoire with my senior Maltese, Amber. Always accommodating with schedules, circumstances, requests, and my pup's general needs for healthy life. I highly recommend!
Not impressed! My sweet puppy shows his teeth but has never hurt anyone! Kathy was not very nice to my pup or me...don't waste your time or money here!!!
We've been taking our two large dogs here for about a year now. They are the best! Kathy and her son get our dogs groomed quickly and they look beautiful! The price is right too! They care and love our dogs so much! I highly recommend them to everyone!
