Lady Jane's Haircuts for Men (Wake Forest Rd) in Raleigh, NC

I don't recommend going here if you want anything more than a simple haircut... I took my son here to get a haircut. I asked for a "burst fade" and a "hard part". When I showed the stylist a picture of what a burst fade was she then proceeded to tell me she couldn't do that and that the other stylist beside her could do it. I then asked her how long the wait would be and I was told 30 minutes. I decided to just ask for a simple fade. From there I explained I wanted him to have a hard part in his hair. The response to that was an explanation of what a hard part was and I got asked if I used product in his hair. The stylist was rude. I chose to leave after this because I did not feel comfortable with her cutting his hair. The rudeness must have been a coping mechanism for the lack of expertise in men's hair.

After struggling to find decent barbers to do a reasonably simple and very common haircut, I landed here. I've had my hair cut by just about every staff member, they all do great work and are super friendly. I wanted to try a new look and got recommendations from the stylist - which was a scary prospect - but I let her do her thing and it turned out great!

If I could give this 0 stars I would , the people that work here are clueless just looking for a little bit of money, They messed up my hair , they don't listen , the lady that cut my hair was named Allison if you do decide to go here , definitely try do not chose Allison!  Thanks for the messed up haircut!!

STAY AWAY , I had Allison or whatever her name is VERY VERY rude not patient at all went to my put hand  in my hair to fix it and she flipped out and said "Alright I'm done You keep putting your hand in your hair while Im cutting it" I tell her not to cut it in a straight line and she continues to cut it how she wants to and now how I want it cut! Not only that she was very very rude , saying comments like "if you don't trust me cutting your hair why did you even come to me" I asked her a question and she says "I've been doing this for 10 years can you let me do my job" like WOW very unFriendly! I took the apron thing off and walked out very Disappointed in this haircut ive received. PLEASE STAY AWAY!

This place was recommended by a friend. I called before 1000am to see if I needed an appointment or they were walk in for a haircut.  They told me on the phone it was better to make an appointment and the first available was after 12pm.  I made an appointment for 115pm and the lady on the phone took down my first and last name and phone number. When I arrived at 110pm I was greeted rudely by a lady at the front desk saying we have a 45min wait.  I said that I scheduled an appointment for 115pm.  She rudely said there are no appointments today. I kindly said that I would go elsewhere and I left to find a barbershop that wants my business.
