Lady Jane's Haircuts for Men (Broadmoor Ave SE & 28th St SE) in Kentwood, MI

Signed in at the computer and chose first available as there was a stylist right there, she was finishing up with a client and there was another customer waiting and she called him in, the whole time I was never greeted so I had a seat and waited after about 15 minutes another stylist cam out from the back and sat at the computer and a few moments later informed me that they could not fit me in their schedule, Thank you for wasting my time!!!! I will now certify the Broodmore store as a place I will never return to, Don't waste your time with this store if you want to be treated right go to the Grandille store

I would give a 0 star if I could left lady janes on 28th street very unsatisfied. I want there for a normal haircut and left with idk how to describe it. I asked for a clean up on my sides and fade it into the top and a beard trim. Idk if her name is really Jess but that's what it said at the work station. It started off okay with the sides but then she started cutting the top and it all went downhill from there. She cut my hair so short on the top I can't style it mind you I came in with 2-3 inches long on top and told her nothing off the top. Well when she started cutting the top I asked her what are you doing I didn't want anything off the top. She was like well I'm doing what I want with your hair now and started to laugh. I'm like umm okay not what I thought someone should say as I showed her a picture of what I wanted as well she cut up my neck 4 different times. Now for the beard trim wasn't a beard trim she shaved one side down so far that you could see a big difference between both sides. It was so bad that I wouldn't go out in public looking like that so I had to go home and shave it off also she was very unprofessional she was cursing with kids next to me that were getting their air cut as well. Was not impressed with lady janes at all for my first time going there will not recommend it to anyone or ever go back. After the fact of experiencing this I read some reviews and I've seen that I'm not the only one who has had problems with this person. Everything I've experienced fits the memo of her.

Always bring my son here for his haircuts. The stylists are always super friendly. Very little wait. Very clean. Nice assortment of televisions to watch. Replace the chairs for 5 stars. They are worn out and have been for the last year. Recommend to others and will return for my son's haircuts when in MI

I was informed that the staff likes to group up after clients leave and talk about the costumers in a negative manner. They make comments along the lines of how they hate cutting my hair cause it's like nigger hair. This place is filled with a bunch of dope heads that constantly nod off while cutting your hair. It is a raciest environment that should be shut down. These women will continue to treat you nice to there face but run there mouths as soon as you leave. I was shown the message sent to a friend of mine about me from his girlfriend that works there. I'll never go back to a establishment again!!!
