LA VIE Nails in Oxford, AL

This nail shop is the worst place I have ever gotten my nails done. The nail tech would not listen to my request, kept telling me he can't file my nails or fill them in. He just didn't want to do nails. They didn't want to put a simple design on my daughters nail, a star. They finally did it. It was horrible service. I can't believe I spent my hard earned money on a joke shop. Will never return!! Beware poor service!!! My nails look horrible!!

The spot is cute and that is about it! Hey don't have good customer service at all! Too gossipi and not professional

This business has gone downhill very fast. I use to be a regular customer but I wouldn't go back in there now. The owner seemed to take pride in her business and made sure her clients were satisfied with their experience. Now I don't think she cares and I know they have lost a ton of business. The place use to stay packed but now when u drive by on a weekend there aren't many cars. I highly recommend the nail salon by Publix. Their pedicures are wonderful and they strive to keep their customers happy and coming back. Don't waste your time at The Pink Nail Bar. You will end up very disappointed.

I have visited this nail salon multiple times, and every single time my experience is consistently the same. My nails turn out perfect, however the experience is always awful! Today I went to get a full set and pedicure.... I was greeted outside by a nail tech that asked me in a condescending manner " what do you want to get?" And once I told him he pointed at the door. I told him "no thank you and pulled out .I am a manager of a retail location and I know customer experience is what sales a business. I will never return for any other services. Whoever owns this business should take careful inventory of the people they hire.

My mom and I went in for a manicure and pedicure. They did great on the pedicure and they did well on my mom's acrylic nails, but the gel nails they did on me were AWFUL. The nails were not even fully polished and the design they did on two of my nails were supposed to be a flower but just looked like a blob.. When I asked her to fix the design she said, "it's fine like that." Also, customer service on the part of the younger nail techs was very poor. My mom was the only person sitting there with the two young women and they did not try to talk to her or get to know her at all. They were also talking poorly about other customers while we were there... not professional and not appropriate.
