I love this shop! Kim is the best, very detail oriented and doesn't rush. Everyone in there is super friendly but most of all it's always very clean!!
Not sure what the hype and 5 star ratings were for but I went in for a full set and felt like they didn't really care how they did my nails. How can you charge extra for the filing or "shape" of your nail? Aren't they already filing it anyway??? I'm new in town and this seems bizarre to me and just another way to up their prices. Way too expensive for the service provided. My nails weren't even filed correctly. They're rough at the edges, slightly uneven and when I told Kimberly the length I wanted (short) she didn't bother on confirming the length to make sure I was ok with it. At one point she gave me a weird look thinking she gave me the wrong color which I think she did.... I just went with it and left... 55$ for a full set is crazy expensive
We're starting to become regulars here, getting pedicures around once a month. Everyone is so nice and they do a great job. They never seem rushed, even when they are really busy. They take their time and do a really great job. I'm always happy with the outcome. Lately I've even started getting color on my toes and it's always fun to see the outcome. I recommend them for anyone. They will treat you right and even offer a complimentary cocktail to enjoy while they work. Well worth the price. Enjoy!
I came here for a manicure and pedicure. I chose the lavender pedicure and I chose to get green acrylics. The nails turned out great and I love the detail we chose on the ring finger. The Vietnamese coffee was good and Kim was very nice.
Gel nails didn't last five days before they cracked and chipped off. The absolute worst gel manicure ever. Must have made him mad when I asked for my whole nail to be painted. Noticed that Anna and Kimberly were painting nails properly.
