la nails in Spring Hill, FL

Zero stars... they say walk ins welcome, no appointments needed. I went in to ask for pricing and if someone was available or if they preferred me to make an appointment. The lady that finally answered me said appointment only, so I asked if they had anything available that afternoon for a pedicure, she then asked me if I have been there before to get a manicure and I said no that we recently had moved to the area. She then said to me rather rudely, we not taking new people right now. No appointment and too busy. I politely apologize, thanked her and as I turned to leave, she began talking with another employee and did not realize that I could understand the majority of the conversation and knew that she was speaking about me. So I turned to her and her colleague and basically told them to F off in their dialect so she could understand that as a business owner and a person maybe she shouldn't talk about a customer she knows nothing about or assume because I am not Asian I can understand more than I can speak. I know what I said is usually not something a women would say in their culture but I did get my point across. So if you are a new customer you may want to look elsewhere for service.

Best nail salon in Spring Hill. Been coming here since I moved to Florida two years ago and would NEVER go anywhere else. Even when I took a year off to let my weak nails grow, I returned only to LA Nails. I always leave there satisfied and get so many compliments. More importantly, everyone is just so nice and accommodating. Such a fun, relaxing atmosphere, and very clean. THANK YOU to Nick, his amazing wife Val who run such a phenomenal business, Lam, and my girl Amy. She is AWESOME !!! Such attention to detail and you can see how much pride she takes in her work to do an amazing job. Everyone on staff is awesome and so very much appreciated. LA Nails - thumbs up -- best in Spring Hill. Highly recommend !!

My nails always look fabulous because of Amy and Nick! Make you appointment and get spoiled.

I went here for a pedicure....needless to say a young guy gave the pedicure. My toenail was cut n bleeding and he was so aggressive that now my toenails around cuticles are extremely sore. He polished my nails and they looked horrible...asked for ut to be done over which he did but didnt do top edge of toenails so still didnt look professional. Left disappointed and won't be back. All said this is a inexpensive place and should of known u get what u pay for! Lol

I had been going to this nail salon for 7 months but as for today I have had enough!! First off I messaged for an appointment as I have twice before & got the appointment but this time the owner read it but ignored it which I feel is totally unprofessional!! Secondly the last time I had went for my appointment I had the young guy station 3 I believe did my fill in & had total disregard for what I wanted done. I told him do not mess with my length in which he did so he filed them down & he filed them down on the sides which made them so narrow. I was very unhappy as he knew. Also one of the ladies that works there asked him if he shorting them b/c she was going to charge me & he said no. But regardless @the end of the day they are nails they will grow. But it's just complete disregard of what I told him I wanted done. Found another salon that actually does what their customer wants.
