This was my first time visiting this nail shop and I thought it was going to be a great experience considering the reviews were pretty good. But this was the complete opposite. I was sitting in that chair for a soak off for an hour. Soak offs only take about maybe 25-30 mins. The lady I had was nice but I think she needs more training. When we first started she had the nail filer on too high and kept burning me. (Yes I let her know multiple times that she was burning me. She attempted to turn it down but it was still happening). Then as we proceeded the soaking off process, when she started to drill down the acrylic she wouldn't do the whole nail. She would only drill the middle part of my nail which is now extremely painful! I kept having to tell her towards the end that she didn't get everything and she still didn't listen. My nails were cut ok but filed terribly. I had to recut AND file my own nails when I got back home. I paid $15 for literally just a half soak-off. Very disappointed in this nail shop.

Also not mention as I came in, there were only two other women in there getting pedicures. So as the time passed, more people came in but plenty left due to being told to sit in the chair for 30+ mins but never being attended to.
The price is right! I went to this salon yesterday and got my nails done by Daisy! I showed her a inspiration picture and she gave me exactly what I wanted! Thank you Daisy
My index finger became infected after getting my nails done. I went into the nail salon to get my nail removed due to it being infected. I was treated like the infection was caused by me.
LOVE this place! The salon is beyond beautiful and the staff always gives me the best treatments! I have had my sails done and pedicures there multiple times and have always had wonderful experiences. The staff not only provides excellent services, but are also great with their clients. There was this one time where I was getting both a pedicure and a full set of acrylic nails, so I was there for a good amount of time, and one of the staff members asked me if I would like anything to drink :) Love this place and 10/10 recommend!
I called on Sunday to schedule an appointment on Tuesday for 10:00. Then I confirmed my 10am Tuesday appointment on the phone with them Monday. So I was surprised to come in Tuesday morning to not have a 10am appointment.
