Normally I have always had my gel soaked off. This salon tech used a drill to remove it. He then soaked my nails in cold water. My new gel manicure looks lumpy and started chipping within four days. Overall it was not the pleasant, relaxing afternoon I had planned. I have to say this is not my normal nail salon, but I had been there in the past and was happy. Not this time ! Now I am out of town for the holidays with chipped nails and out more money to have them redone. I wish I could tell you his name, check he didn't even push my cubicles back. Needless to say, I won't be back !!
Horrible attitudes, horrible costumer service and high ass prices. You might get lucky to get asked if you'd like a complimentary drink depending on your tech's mood. Trash work TOO
Me and my boyfriend were going to get pedicures and they completely ignored my boyfriend . They didn't start his water or anything. So he left after 10min of waiting for them to start his water for the pedicure , meanwhile she's working on my feet. She did okay , the job was done but it wasn't a good experience. This was early May 2023
They charged me one price before I left , got a message later on that night I was charged an extra 35 dollars and was never told why I was charge that. On top of looking at the receipt seeing I was charged for a full set I didn't even receive cause I didn't want one. Only overlay
Only leaving 1 star because of my experience from today. I went to go and get the dip polished soaked off. First off, I thought you're supposed to actually soak it off! He drilled it down and then took a fake nail and started popping it off with said nail, like splitting it in between the dip polish and my nail to pop it off. That was it. That's how he took it off. No acetone was used for anything. It was so uncomfortable. And that was $17! I could've done that myself had I known. I'll come back when usual person is there, other than that I'll look to go somewhere else.
