Quick, efficient and BEAUTIFUL. Literally the best nails I've ever had done. Shaped perfectly and excellent dip blending technique. Look at that ombre!!! I live in Florida, but if I ever need to look my 100% I'll FLY up to New Jersey to get these done again.
Extremely unprofessional. I got a gel manicure which was barely worth the $37 cost. I made a reservation to get it removed and was told it would take 15 minutes. The reservation was for 6:00pm so I arrived at 5:55 and washed my hands and waited for my appointment time. Also, I had my backpack with me so I asked where I'd be sitting so I could leave it at my seat but the person at the counter just barked at me, "wash your hands " - still don't understand why that has to be said so rudely. So I washed my hands and sat at the station I was commanded to go to, but no one came so I asked about the delay and they said I had to wait. No explanation. So I asked how long I would have to wait and was told 15 minutes. I looked over at the employee who was scheduled to do my gel manicure removal and she working on another customer's pedicure. Based on the current stage of the pedicure, it was clear the wait would be much longer than 15 minutes, likely closer to 25-30 min. There was no apology about the delay, and no explanation until I asked for one. I was just barked at and told to sit and wait, very rudely, it was more like a command to a dog. I saw no reason to wait as long as the projected duration of the appointment for my actual appointment to start so I said I would go. And then the employee at the front desk shrugged and said "sorry". Very sincerely. I wish zero stars was an option.
Wonderful services as always. Clean and cozy. Great music. Friendly staff. Very talented women work here. I recommend to all my friends in the area. Love my nails!
Service at the salon was okay came in after making a last minute appointment.. when I initially called they said their were no appointments at the time I needed but, called back 5 mins later and accommodated me.. I don't live in the area so it was perfect.. upon walking in there is this awkwardness but the person doing my services came over quickly. I felt everything was rushed it could have been better and just over the customer service.
Amy did my watermelon nails perfectly! They turned out stunning, exactly the way I wanted them, and now my family and friends won't stop giving me compliments on how much they love my nails!
