La Jolie Salon and Spa in Stamford, CT

I loved everything about my visit to La Jolie! Natalia was my hair stylist and she was beyond amazing and pleasant. She asked me what kind of haircut I was looking for and then I just let her take the reigns. I went with her recommendations and it turned out perfect. They made sure you were well taken care of with complimentary beverages (water, coffee, etc). They also give you coupons for a first time client and that was a special touch because it definitely made me want to come back. I scheduled my next appointment without a hesitation. I look forward to my next hair appointment with Natalia!

BEST facial & customer service I've experienced. I lived in Boston/NY/Stamford and have been pretty selective with my skincare provider (quality, customer service). Julia takes great care of my skin - my face looks and feels so reenergized and hydrated every time after my facial.
Honorable mention about Erica and her staff! They make customers feel so special and welcomed. Highly recommend La Jolie to my family and friends!

Can't sing enough praise for the Salon and Marcia. Took my dyed red hair that was worse than a dried mess (Covid hair) with months of white roots and then through months long gentle process transitioned to natural white healthy tresses. Thank you!

Pretty good to just "ok."  My middling review is due to a very nice but seemingly not very experienced stylist (less experienced than his experience under the salon's internal "ranking" system would suggest).  Suggestion: one way the stylist could have done better would have been to sincerely ask for more feedback while he worked, and then on the end result.  This would have made it easier for a client to make suggestions for improvement.  Additionally, the vibe at the front desk was of pushing the business.  Personally, I like to relax in a salon, and feel the staff is genuinely interested in my experience.  Here they seemed most interested in making future appointments. On my way out, I had to make up an excuse to beg off making another appointment. Maybe 2 stars would be a more accurate rating for my experience, but I'll leave it at 3 stars. The salon did have truly beautiful interior decor.

I have been coming to La Jolie for about 4 years. Service is great and their customer service makes you feel very welcomed. I see Anthony and Joanne for hair color and cut. Both are fantastic and I love my hair color every time. They take the time to go over your color and what you want each time I go (which is about every 3 to 4 weeks - so I've been a lot!). Alicia does an amazing blow out. I definitely recommend La Jolie if your in the Stamford area.
