I used to get my hair done in NYC before moving to Stamford. This salon was just as stellar - professional, friendly and (most importantly) knowledgeable stylists/colorists - for a much more reasonable price point! They listened to what I wanted, but made slight suggestions based on what they thought would be better. JUST TRUST THEM. My balayage and cut came out better than I'd imagined! They know what they're doing and they have a customer satisfaction guarantee. My fickle mind came back within their two week window because I wanted to go just a smidge darker, and they accommodated me without a fuss. A HUGE thank you to Kellie, Shirley and Danielle for my color, wash, cut and blow and to Sherman the GM for his delightful customer service. The cherry on top? They have espressos and cappuccinos available from a high quality machine within the salon. Will certainly be coming back to get any of my hair needs taken care of. Highly recommend Salon Shahin!

Coming in from out of town I made my reservations for wedding guest hair and makeup here based on reviews alone. So I'm hoping my review will help people in a similar situation! My mom, 12-year old daughter, and I all got out hair and makeup done here, and my sister (the bride) ended up coming here as well. Everyone was very responsive to what we were looking for, very sweet and kind, the salon itself is a really nice environment. Highly recommend!
Great cut with Everson- very very happy. I have thick unruly hair and he worked with it like a champ. And he doesn't talk your ear off the whole time which was blissful.
