Yvonne is a fantastic hairstylist and she has been cutting and dyeing my hair for years. Yvonne is the only hairstylist that I trust with my hair. I absolutely love the results that I get each time, and I always get compliments on my hair wherever I go. It can get busy at the salon and schedules may get pushed back, but it's absolutely worth the wait!!

The 1 and "zero" star reviews on here? They're right. Heed the warning if you don't want to waste time and money. Horrible time management. My mom referred me here because this is where she goes for her haircut. So I booked an appointment with them on a Saturday at 4pm for my brother and I. I call 2 hours before to confirm appointment. Appointment confirmed. I show up 10 minutes early and the stylist is working on a dude's hair and chatting with his wife. There's another person waiting in the chair. Stylist asks my brother and I to sit down and wait. Once she's done with the husband, the WIFE sits down for a "quick root touch up" (it's 4:10 by now). The lady in the chair when I can in was ALSO waiting for her 4PM appointment WITH THE SAME STYLIST. And there's another lady with foils in her hair that the stylist is ALSO working on. Like lady WTF. Not only did she triple book, she's also accepting clients that AREN'T EVEN SCHEDULED and making EVERYONE wait. So and 4:30, I go up to her and ask her about the wait. She says she'll see us in 1 Hour. So I ask to reschedule and says that's fine, mistakes happen. So I reschedule my brother and I for the next day as her FIRST appointment. This lady shows up 40 minutes late. How do you even...? Wow. At this point, I've sunken so much time into this mess that I just want my freakin haircut. Don't be a fool like me. Just don't come here. Please. For your own sanity.

Jeanie the owner is a terrible, unprofessional person to deal with. She was referred to me by a friend for a make up. After at least three phone calls, I finally made an appointment for a make-up try out before my 25th anniversary celebration in another month. This morning before the 3 o'clock appointment, I called her to confirm the appointment. No one answered as usual (she never answered her phone), so I just left a message to confirm the appointment. After driving 45 minutes, just to find out she didn't even show up. Her co-worker just said she wouldn't be in the shop today. If you don't take your profession seriously, why open door to do business. If you think you have enough business and don't care for any new customers, then don't accept any appointment. A decent person will not act like that. As a hide sight, I should not have come to her because it took me three phone calls and two texting before she would return a call, that showed she was not a professional business person. Don't deal with her.

This is a terrible place to get your hair dyed. I wanted to dye my hair a mocha brown color, and the OWNER agreed to do it. However, she messed up, and my whole head turned a nasty yellowish-red color. I called her and she refused to admit her fault, let alone barely agreeing to fix it. She told me to come in the next day, and currently I have been waiting for OVER TWO HOURS. She does not answer her phone, and this is definitely the first time she cannot be reached. This place does not care for their customers, nor do they focus on the quality of their work. Why own a hair business if you do not know how to run one? Do not come here.

I take my girls to Cathy because she does an excellent job every time. She takes her time and is precise with every single cut. I highly recommend Cathy for adults or kids.
