A very lovely, understated, clean, tastefully decorated salon that's a San Jose downtown institution as is the Fairmont hotel where it's located. And it's open while the hotel is temporarily closed during covid, a real win!! If you want more of a classic yet fashionable hair styling for reasonable prices, this is the place to come! All of the stylists are well experienced and do good quality work without the stuffy attitudes. Say hi to Mark the owner, a nice guy!
I go here every month with my sister and see Norma Jean for our hair needs this include hair coloring , highlights, ombré , haircut and touchup and I can tell you the Norma Jean is absolutely the best. She's meticulous she's knowledgeable she's Skillful and our hair looks like 1 million bucks by the time she's done with us!!! We love her to death and recommend this hairstylist for any hair needs to anyone that wants quality service. She is truly a quality .
