Both times I booked an appointment I received calls the day of stating the stylists were cancelling after having waited 2 weeks for both appointments. Website states walk ins are accepted. I called and receptionist stated they do not. Please update the website.
I went in for a full highlight. Waited for an hour past my appointment time, and was getting my hair done for 5 hours. Unfortunately, my hair was darker than when I went in. I just went and had it fixed at another salon, and the stylist was appalled at the quality of work on my hair. Paid $400, super disappointed. Not sure if this was a new stylist, or one in training, but will never return unfortunately.
Lena was charming, delightful, skilled, and gave me one of the best haircuts I've ever had--for well under $100. Highly recommend.
This review is particularly for Morgan. She's amazing at hair and knows what she's doing. I've been coming here about a year and have always had a good experience. Her skills and relationship with clients are what keep me coming back. She's very personable and takes the time to get to know you. Not to mention, she's amazing with color, cut, styling, and even hand tied extensions. The salon itself is cozy and cute. It can be crowded and loud inside though. The prices are on the mid-high end but the quality is worth it.
I drove past this cute salon a couple years ago and was always curious to check it out. I finally did today,and so happy I did! I saw Asia for a partial bolyage and cut. She is awesome and honest on how to achieve hair color goals. We had a mini consult at the beginning of the appt. and a game plan set at the end. Everyone is professional and friendly, and the salon is clean and cute. They follow proper covid precautions and I felt safe. I'm in the Healthcare field, and was happy to see that they do follow all the regulations/requirements. Highly recommend!
