I go to LV nails faithfully!! Just to be pampered by Angel. In my opinion, shes the sweetest nail tech in the shop, and she always does my nails to perfection.. Pedicures feel like heaven and I always fall asleep. lol She Takes her time to do it right the first time.. I go at least a month before I need a fill in.. shop is always clean and quiet.. highly recommend!!
I went there today and was very dissatisfied with the service. The man was yanking on my hands slamming polish down everywhere. Just a complete jerk. I went in for a polish change on my nails and toes. They charge $56 to polish, and use the polish I brought with me! The sign says $15 and up. I would not expect $13 extra dollars on top of the $15 for a polish change. No mention of how much it was going to be. Biggest issue was the man was extremely rude, my nails look terrible and was just an awful experience overall.
So I don't recommend using the male that works here he is very rude I asked if he would cut my acrylic nail just a little shorter and he had such an attitude like I was on his nerves for asking for the length of my nails to be the way I need them and he was on his phone the whole time and not even paying attention to the job and the color is not even what I wanted
I was the first customer in there and 5 minutes into my pedicure I asked for the deluxe and she told me next time because it's getting busy. And she kept answer her phone to talk on FaceTime. I thought that was very unprofessional. To top it off the paint job was super crappy. Not going back there.
Went in to get SNS/dip on my nails, and the technician didn't know what she was doing and then passed me off to another. No big deal, but their prices are over the standard and they directed me to pick up colors that they then said they didn't have?
