Carla did an excellent job! I really haven't done anything to my hair. I haven't cut my hair or style it for a long time. I decided to change that. I asked her I just wanted to wash my hair and cut my split ends or have layers even. I trusted her to do what is necessary, because I wasn't picky either with my hair. She was very nice and welcoming too. I would definitely will go back!

I don't recommend this hair place for people who have weak hair, because not only did the lady who is doing my hair yanked so hard on my head and made me lose almost 25% of my hair but she didn't care when I told her that my hair follicles were weak, and instead she just kept ignoring me when I was uncomfortable with the way I was being treated, save your money, go elsewhere where they'll value your comfort and be gentle with you.

I am from Lompoc so I made an appointment a week ago with Lupe when I got there, she sat me down and I told ha that I need a hair color and cut, she told me oh no I don't have time for that, is going to take me 3 1/2 hours, than I ask can you do it tomorrow, she said I'm booked tomorrow, I said what about Monday, and she insistently told me flat out NO, without an explanation, never I've been so humiliated, and just rudely treated, I am never going to this place again, I can't believe how I was treated, I went to the clip joint instead, and they did a wonderful job, and they treated me with respect.
