I've had good experiences here generally, all the stylists are really nice, although the wait times can be long they're still pretty good. Also, the prices are fair compared to other places.

I tried to give this salon another try and once again disappointed. From the moment I walked in I could tell I was "bothering" a stylist by being there. I tried to continue with kindness and see if I could get them to be a little more personable. I asked if a hair wash was included in the kids cut and I was told "for $12 more". I wanted my daughter to have the pampered experience so I agreed. When we got to the hair cut my daughters hair was combed back and her was cut pretty quickly. All from the back. Then her hair was partially dried using the stylist's fingers... not a brush or comb. When I was asked if the length was ok and I said yes... she took the drape off. That was it..... her hair was not brushed nor fully dry. We proceeded to the checkout. Pretty disappointed in customer service and quality of service. I will not return.

Went to great clips for a haircut, wanted a wolf cut/mullet once my hair was dry it turned out only to be layered. screwed up my hair fr ( the girl who usually does my hair wasnt there..)

I keep hoping for the best for this place and every time we take my son they always messes up his haircut. It's convenient cause it's really close to our house and cost effective. That's why I gave a star. His hair is so crooked. I don't even know how they can fix this. Save your money go to a real barber shop.
