I had an over all terrible experience here. I went in on a Wednesday afternoon with a friend to get a relaxing pedicure and manicure. When we arrived, they weren't very busy, unlike the other nail salon around the corner who had a LONG wait (i guess this should have been our first clue of what was to come), so we sat right down. The color selection was VERY limited but we both managed to find some that would work for us. My water was too hot when I first sat down, I said something to the girl and was ignored, I said something again and was told that "It was okay." No temperature change or anything. As the pedicure went on both me and my friend were in so much pain from the things they were doing to our toes that we literally yelped in pain quite a few times and I was forced to jerk my foot away a few times. Both of us quickly decided that a manicure was OUT of the question and to get out of there. I left with a crappy paint job, bleeding, and in pain. It is by far the worst pedicure I've ever had. Oh and the register has a sign that says "No refunds for services". Hum. Makes ya think... I will not be returning (Obviously!)
