Did I just pay $30 for a polish change that wasn't even gel. She told me the price on the sheet was for little kids $10-15 dollars polish change. I will be calling the owner tomorrow. She was rude and short with me when I asked her about the price.
If you want to walk in, be aware that there may be only one person working and you'll be turned away. I've been going here for eight years but they have so few employees working now that I wonder if they're getting ready to close up shop. It's becoming no longer convenient for me, and I've been a loyal customer for awhile.
The whole staff is very accommodating. All the technicians are quick and efficient. i would recommend this very clean and pleasant salon!
I've seen some bad salons in my day however, this one takes the cake. They are not wearing masks at all. The guy that did my nails talked on the phone the entire time. Never asked me if I wanted a manicure. Slung the skin from the bottom of my feet to the top of my foot. Never said one single solitary word. Related did my granddaughter also didn't have a mask and was fairly close to her face. My granddaughter has not been vaccinated because she's not old enough. We walked out barefoot because they never offered a slippers or even some spray to dry the Polish. Didn't even ask what kind of pedicure I wanted . Them because we get our nails done all the time
I was definitely expecting a lot worse from the reviews but they were all very gentle and took their time not a perfect file shape, paint job or rhinestone application but they have an amazing color selection and it's organized the nicest way in my opinion in books grouped by colors such as fall- Christmas
