After getting my hair cut by a lady whose name I can not remember (red haired) I had to come back after seeing how botched the sides where. I then explained how I only wanted my sides faded in as they were not faded at all to the lady who was going to fix my hair. Her name was Angie. I left there with almost 3 inches more than I wanted chopped off all of my hair. They refused to listen to what I wanted and tried to fix it and make it look how they wanted. I have been super impressed with Heather who I have went to for years and I will never make the mistake again of going there when she is not working. It is sad because they use to have skilled workers and now they are hiring anyone with the worker shortage.

I wanted it shorter, gave her instructions, she said she would leave around three inches. WELL where is the 3" on my left side? Rather 1/2" if that!!!! If I could I would sue! I know it will grow out bit can't even get it cut to work NOW. She ought to be fired. She was so worried about the Internet being down, because she had to write everything down. I did get money back, bit would rather had haircut right. Never again will I return to Great Clips.
