After reading such great reviews, decided to give it a try.. I had a haircut 2 weeks back which was good and Paige did a good job and the blowdry was included with the cut which was good. But this week I had a hair color appointment for my roots with Steve and after the blowdry, I realized there are still a lot of white hair strands and when I showed it to Steve he said they are just stubborn strands. I came for a hair color application and I am very disappointed. To top up the disappointment they never told me blow dry would be extra charge. When I went to pay they charged me 145$ for a hair color application. I would have happily paid if my greys were covered and the blowdry didn't look so frizzy.. I had a better blowdry after my cut than now and the blowdry with cut was free but with hair color they charged me 55$ which is too much. Don't know if I want to go back or may be I will try a different stylist. I wish I could have written a positive review.
I requested an appointment through the website form, and am still waiting to hear back 5 or so weeks later ...... disappointing service.
Seth is a sweetheart and should be an award winning hair dresser. Seth will make your hair look however you want it to and have it be perfect. I recommend Seth beyond 100%
I love this place. There's always such a relaxed atmosphere and the stylists and assistants are friendly and attentive. My stylist (the owner Steve) can always give me the EXACT cut I want no matter how vague the description. I change my hair pretty much every time I go and he always gets it perfect.
I've been going to Shandra for over a decade now- I would follow her anywhere! Most sophisticated and talented master color stylist in the area. I get compliments from other hairstylists on my hair all the time. Very Covid safe- great place to feel comfortable visiting during these times!
