I love this place and these people. They are very nice very helpful and the most reasonably priced manicure pedicure in Juneau. Call and make an appointment. I walked in once and was helped.
Ben has been doing my nails for 25 years. Are they perfect? Sometimes. If he knows I'm doing them for something special, absolutely. They use quality products and take the time needed. In fact occasionally I'm dropped by the next day for a repair and he rarely lets me pay for that. Of course, I treat Ben and Tami well, tip generously, and have even popped by with something freshly baked. People treat you the way you treat them.
If i could do zero stars I would..My daughter got her nails done there on short notice, and they were by far the worst nails I've ever seen! She got a short French tip manicure full set. They were crooked and pointed up. The French tip was hand painted and it was terribly uneven. I do not recommend going there for any service!
I appreciated that I was able to make an appointment on short notice. I just had a basic manicure: cuticle maintenance, nail shaping, and buffing. The space is clear and orderly, and the products and gentle massage of my hands refreshed my hands and conditioned my nails. The owner is friendly and professional. I recommend! And will probably return the next time I'm in Juneau.
They were able to get us in on a short notice, which was very lovely. Nice people, reasonably priced. HOWEVER, my nails look awful. The paint job is sloppy and the nails are crooked. I reccomend air brush design. Not hand-painted.
