I walked in and asked to get a pedicure. The man doing someone's nails asked the other 2 employees if they could do my nails. Each of them completely ignored me. Very unfriendly! I had to leave because they didn't seem to want my patronage.
I went a few times to this location a loved it .. till yesterday I got my nails done and the design I wanted the nail tech couldn't achieve and I wish she would have just said so ... she redid the design three times and I finally just said okay Bec it was the end of their work day... so I left the salon hating my nails .... I called the next day to get them fixed they got me in to get them repainted ... and charged me a extra 20.00 dollars after I already paid 45 dollars for a fill and gel polish .... I will never return back to get my nails done again... WORST customer service ever !!!!!!
Waited over an hour with my feet in the water before anyone came to even start my pedicure. Gave up and took them out as they water became freezing. This was despite calling ahead to ask if they had availability.
They were great!!! In from out of tow (displaced local) stopped in to get nails and toes done. Fast, courteous and great price!! First went to competitor near Taco Bell waited and waited....glad I googled again this place was great
Came here while visiting from out of town in desperate need of a mani/pedi. Pedi was fine but agree with the commenter below on the speed of the pedi. It was a perfunctory service at best. What really surprised me is that you do not get a manicure for your $25 gel mani. It's basically a polish change. She only told me when I asked why there was no hand massage. Sorry, but this is very unusual. And the place could use a good scrubbing.
